* Determine the length of time when the coaster design production will be completed. Coasters made for occasions should be prepared months before the event to make sure that it will be delivered on time. Plan your design early and coordinate things clearly with your supplier.
* Avail of discounts but do not compromise time and security. Bulk orders are given discounts most of the time if the coasters are designed for occasions such as birthdays, graduation parties, and weddings. Before finally rejoicing however, make sure that the package will arrive on time. You don't want your party to be ruined just because of those late souvenirs, do you? Agree on a delivery date and a warranty to ensure security. Depending on your agreement, you don't have to pay if the package arrived late or damaged.
* Cancel early. Reasonable enough, cancellation of orders is not allowed once the coasters have already been produced. Finalize things and make sure that you will not waste money and effort in coming up with designs and canceling them afters. In case that you badly need to cancel an order, call the supplier right away and explain your situation. A piece of advice: give them a go signal of producing the coasters only when everything is laid out and perfectly fine.
